Meet The Team

Michael Vlismas

Co-Founder, Operations Manager and Builder

With over 18 years in the construction industry and running high-end renovations, Michael brings extensive hands-on experience and expertise to every project. He holds a Certificate III in Building and Construction, a Carpentry Contractor’s Licence, and a Low Rise Builder’s Licence, and was a finalist in Brisbane’s Best Tradie awards.

As the director, operations manager, and builder of MAV, Michael’s knowledge, leadership, and vision are pivotal to the company’s success. He is passionate about Queenslanders, colonial, and heritage homes—properties that demand precision, care, and respect for character. He manages projects from start to finish, including scheduling, trade coordination and client communication

Every renovation is approached with the same attention to detail and care as if it were his own home, reflecting his unwavering commitment to excellence.

Macey Prior

Co-Founder, General Manager & Brand Manager

Macey plays a pivotal role in both the operational and design aspects of MAV. With a strong background in business, design, project coordination, and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, she assists with managing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, trade bookings, accounts, and client communication—while providing hands-on support on site to ensure every renovation runs seamlessly.

As co-founder and brand leader, Macey’s design expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities have been vital in shaping MAV’s identity and reputation. She runs all design, branding, and social media, ensuring the company’s image reflects the same high standards and attention to detail as its projects.
